JD: • 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML engineering, AI-augmented development tooling, or developer productivity platforms • Deep hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Amazon Q Developer) and the ability to evaluate and configure them for enterprise use • Strong background in software architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows (Git, pull request review, automated testing) • Experience designing and implementing SAST, secrets scanning, and code governance frameworks in regulated or enterprise environments • Proven ability to design developer measurement programs and translate productivity data into executive-level recommendations • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical teams and senior leadership • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred"
