Seeking an experienced Senior Claims Legal Counsel to support property and casualty claims, handling complex litigation involving first-party property, third-party liability, and extra-contractual matters.
- Provide legal opinions, develop coverage positions, and manage litigation strategies.
- Direct outside counsel, prepare coverage determinations, and negotiate settlements.
- Handle legal research, review claims referrals, and oversee litigation progress.
- Must have a JD, at least 5 years of relevant experience, insurance coverage expertise, and be licensed in good standing.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and multi-tasking ability are essential.
- Location options include Alpharetta, Raleigh, Scottsdale, or Virginia Beach. All qualified applicants will be considered.
