Job TitleOwner-side position managing key infrastructure projectsJob DescriptionConduct daily inspections across active construction operations. Supervise underground utility installation (storm, sewer, water, fire, electrical/IT, mechanical). Inspect paving, roadways, sidewalks, and ADA ramps. Verify compliance with approved plans, materials, and workmanship standards. Review water infrastructure components and installation practices. Monitor RCC and concrete placement activities. Evaluate soil testing, geotechnical data, and project specifications. Ensure regulatory and project compliance across all work.
