What You'll Do
Develop detailed, accurate cost estimates for a range of civil construction projects
Review RFPs, drawings, and specifications
Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to gather competitive pricing
Identify project risks, constraints, and opportunities to refine bid strategies
Track and analyze project costs, contributing to the continuous improvement of estimating practices
Stay current on industry trends, labor rates, and material costs
What You Bring
Proven experience as a Construction Estimator in civil, road, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects
Strong background in earthwork estimating
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
Proficiency with construction estimating software
A proactive mindset and a passion for learning and growth
