Position OverviewOur client is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Civil Engineer / Water Resources Engineer to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of engineering projects focused on green infrastructure, water resources management, sustainability, and resilient site design. The successful candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to innovative solutions for complex civil and environmental engineering challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform civil engineering design for water resources, site development, and infrastructure projects.Prepare engineering plans, specifications, technical reports, and construction documents.Develop and review CAD drawings using AutoCAD.Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and analyses.Support water resources planning and stormwater management initiatives.Prepare and coordinate local, state, and federal permit applications.Participate in construction administration activities and project oversight.Collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, contractors, and internal project teams.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and schedule expectations.Utilize strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to deliver project objectives.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Biological Systems Engineering, Bio-Agricultural Engineering, or a related discipline.Master's degree preferred.Minimum 6-10 years of relevant civil engineering experience.Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain licensure within one year.Proficiency in AutoCAD.Educational background or experience in Water Resources Engineering.Strong communication and technical writing skills.Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation.Experience in Green Infrastructure Design.GIS experience.Construction Administration experience.Knowledge of permitting and regulatory compliance processes.BenefitsCompetitive compensation package.Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.401(k) plan with company match.Paid vacation and holidays.Flexible work schedule.Professional growth and career advancement opportunities.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Work ScheduleHybrid schedule with onsite work Tuesday through Thursday and remote work Monday and Friday.Education & ExperienceBachelor's Degree (Required)6-10 years of relevant Civil Engineering experienceAbility to relocate to the Phoenixville, PA area prior to employment if necessary#J-18808-Ljbffr
