• Lead design staff and oversee all aspects of project design.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with local municipality staff to ensure compliance with local standards and regulations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead and mentor design staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Contribute to business growth through industry connections and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development.
• Professional Registration as a Civil Engineer in the State of Nevada.
• Familiarity with local municipality standards and processes.
• Proven leadership experience in managing design teams and overseeing complex projects.
• Established relationships within the civil engineering community and experience in business development are highly desirable.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, full-time.
• Relocation to Las Vegas, NV 89120 required before starting work.
