This is an opportunity to manage and deliver complex land development projects for key clients and play a role in the rapid expansion of our presence in the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina.This opportunity is open to candidates residing in the Greensboro, Winston-Salem and High Point areas of North CarolinaDevelop, coordinate, and direct land development projects for a variety of clientsMaintain close relationships with clients throughout development of projects and after completionPrepare project approaches, scopes and fees required to complete projectsPresent proposals to clients, interviewing for projects, and selecting project teamsDetermine major project design decisions in conjunction with clientEssential QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or other related engineering field of studyRegistered as a Professional Engineer in the state of North CarolinaExperienced with design, construction and management of land development and/or municipal projectsDemonstrated experience in client management; ability to lead and mentor staffPreferred QualificationsMinimum of ten (10) years previous experiencePrevious experience managing land development projectsPrevious experience managing a staff and serving as a technical mentor for junior level staffCurrent affiliation and/or membership with local, state or national Civil Engineering societies and associationsWho We AreBetter Places.
