Senior Civil Engineer

Responsibilities/SkillsLead technical site design and field inspection activities across projects from concept through constructionManage projects, including scope, schedule, coordination, and delivery of engineering solutionsDesign site grading, roadway systems, and utility infrastructureDevelop stormwater management, water distribution, sanitary sewer collection, and pump station designsCoordinate and prepare permit applications with regulatory agenciesServe as a primary client contact, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfactionSupport business development efforts, including proposal preparation, networking, and identifying new opportunitiesCollaborate cross-functionally with engineers and project stakeholdersMentor and train junior engineers, supporting their technical developmentLead project teams and overseeing design effortsDemonstrate strong reliability, accountability, and long-term commitment to organizational growthQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institutionEight to ten + years progressive experience in civil engineering design with a focus on project management and leadershipStrategic thinkerStrong understanding of civil engineering principles, concepts, and practicesEffective communication and teamwork abilitiesProficiency in engineering software tools such as Civil 3DPE license requiredProven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneouslyExperience managing teams requiredExperience with client management and business development required#J-18808-Ljbffr.
