We are seeking a Senior Chemist in Sugar Land, TX to support chemistry and product sourcing for the Production Systems, Well Construction, and Reservoir Performance sectors.
In this role, you will execute complex projects, develop and transfer chemical formulations for drilling and completion applications, collaborate across divisions to optimize processes, interpret experimental data, and mentor junior scientists. Safety standards and continuous process improvements are essential.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience or an advanced degree with 1 year, with preferred experience in chemical additive applications, formulation, scale-up, and industry communication skills.
