Key Responsibilities:
- Design and analyze race car chassis and mechanical systems using CAD software
- Develop parametric models, technical drawings, and design documentation
- Interpret test results and apply findings to improve performance
- Lead engineering projects and mentor junior engineers
- Coordinate design activities across development, scheduling, and testing
- Evaluate and implement design changes, specifications, and drawing releases
