We are seeking a strategic, influential, and results-driven Senior Channel Manager to lead, expand, and optimize channel initiatives. This role plays a critical leadership function in identifying and shaping growth opportunities, strengthening partner engagement and alignment, and driving high-impact channel performance that advances overall business objectives.
This role follows a hybrid schedule and can be based in either Kohler, Wisconsin or Glendale, Wisconsin.
Specific Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive channel strategies that align with company goals and respond to evolving market dynamics.
Drive the identification of partner needs, market trends, and emerging business opportunities to expand channel reach, strengthen competitiveness, and accelerate growth.
Own and oversee channel program, including partner engagement and alignment, program design and continuous optimization, enablement, and performance management.
Direct the monitoring, analysis, and communication of key channel metrics, ensuring visibility, accountability, and ongoing improvement across the organization.
Partner cross-functionally with senior leaders in sales, marketing, and product to champion initiatives that drive revenue, profitability, and long-term channel success.
Lead the development and refinement of sales and marketing tools and materials to support channel partners and installers, ensuring high-quality, scalable resources.
Serve as the primary authority on channel-related marketing and business matters, ensuring consistent messaging and strategic alignment.
Serve as the primary point of contact for channel communication governance, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strategic alignment across the organization.
Developing and owning the channel communication strategy, including cadence, content themes, and partner segmentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred, with 8-12 years of proven experience in channel management, partner development, product marketing or business development, demonstrating a strong track record of driving measurable results.
Significant experience (3+ years) managing P&L, budgeting, or financial planning processes, with the ability to influence financial outcomes and guide strategic investment decisions.
