Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Underwrite and manage large deductible, multi-line accounts</li><li>Grow a profitable book of business and maintain a strong pipeline</li><li>Analyze risk, pricing, and coverage to develop proposals</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients</li><li>Work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution</li><li>Support strategy, innovation, and negotiation efforts</li><li>Requirements:</li><li>5+ years underwriting large deductible or national accounts</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field</li><li>CPCU designation</li><li>Onsite 3 days/week in Chicago</li></ul> Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Proven success in production underwriting</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills</li><li>Experience mentoring and managing client relationships</li></ul>
