The Senior Product Manager - Cash Management partners with the Head of Banking Solutions Product Area (who owns cash management strategy) to execute the cash management roadmap and deliver a competitive, compliant, and advisor-friendly suite across debit cards, payments, check writing, and bill pay. This role drives product development from concept through launch and ongoing lifecycle management, balancing client/advisor needs, operational readiness, risk/compliance requirements, and vendor capabilities.

What You'll Do:
Partner with the Head of Banking Solutions Product Area to execute the cash management product roadmap across debit cards, payments, check writing, and bill pay, aligned to business goals and client/advisor needs
Conduct market, competitive, and pricing analysis to ensure a competitive product suite; identify gaps and prioritize enhancements
Translate business needs into clear product requirements, epics, and user stories; partner with technology teams to deliver in an Agile model
Drive end-to-end product delivery including discovery, business case support, prioritization, implementation planning, launch readiness, and post-launch optimization
Manage vendor/partner relationships for cash management capabilities (e.g., card issuer/processor, bill pay provider, payment rails partners), including selection support, contract inputs, performance management, SLAs, and issue escalation
Define and monitor product performance using KPIs (adoption, usage, retention, revenue, cost-to-serve, service levels, fraud/chargeback trends) and drive continuous improvement
Ensure products meet regulatory and policy requirements; partner with Risk/Compliance/Legal on controls, disclosures, and change governance
Create and maintain product documentation (features, pricing, eligibility, servicing procedures) and enablement materials for internal teams and advisors
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Advisor Experience teams on go-to-market plans, including communications, training, and launch measurement
Partner across lines of business to align stakeholders; communicate tradeoffs, decisions, and timelines clearly to leaders and delivery teams
Manage a prioritized backlog and release plans; coordinate grooming, sprint planning inputs, and UAT to support quality delivery
Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain product operating rhythms and governance (intake, prioritization, change control, and release communications) that support delivery in a fast-paced environment
Partner with Operations, Service, and Technology to ensure end-to-end process design, exception handling, and support readiness for all cash management features
Coordinate issue and incident triage for the product area (production defects, vendor incidents, escalations) and partner on root-cause fixes and preventive controls
Identify and deliver simplification and automation opportunities to improve client/advisor experience and reduce operational friction
Partner with Finance to manage product P&L inputs (pricing, fees, incentives), forecast impacts, and support annual planning
Gather voice-of-customer and voice-of-advisor insights through research, feedback loops, and data analysis to inform roadmap decisions
Partner with cross-functional teams (technology, operations, compliance, risk, marketing) through influence with clear priorities, decisioning, and outcome-focused execution
Ensure controls and operational processes are documented and followed; support audits and regulatory exams as needed
Partner with Information Security and Fraud teams on product features and processes to manage risk (e.g., authentication, limits, alerts, chargebacks)
Partner with product leadership and governance forums to provide clear status, risks, and decisions needed for the cash management product area
Support vendor evaluations, RFPs, and proof-of-concepts for new capabilities; summarize options based on value, risk, and delivery feasibility

The base salary range for this role in Dallas, TX is $140,000- $180,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Salary range may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
