As we expand our footprint in Milwaukee, we’re seeking a dynamic Healthcare Liaison to deepen relationships across the healthcare landscape and drive meaningful partnerships that improve outcomes for older adults.

Your Role: Connector. Collaborator. Catalyst.

As the face of Oasis in the healthcare community, your job is to build strategic referral relationships and make sure every provider knows the value Oasis brings to their patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and grow referral relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, elder law attorneys, home health, hospice, and aging-related professionals.
  • Serve as the field representative for Oasis—hosting in-services, attending networking events, and conducting 1:1 meetings.
  • Communicate how Oasis reduces hospital readmissions, improves discharge planning, and supports care transitions—at no cost to the patient or provider.
  • Identify new outreach opportunities across the senior care continuum

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, provider relations, senior living outreach, or similar roles.
  • Deep familiarity with the senior care landscape and transitions of care.
  • Strong communicator who thrives on building relationships and being in the field.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and ready to grow with a purpose-driven team.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation + performance-based incentives with potential total compensation between 70,000 - $150,000 in your first year.
