The Estates Solutions - Court Orders team plays a vital role in supporting customers and the organization through some of the most sensitive and complex account matters. Comprised of Estates Operations, Court Orders, Garnishment/Levy, and Estates Insights & Solutions, this team provides end-to-end expertise across routine processing, legal requests, and specialized decedent-related cases. Together, these functions ensure accurate execution, regulatory compliance, and exceptional operational support in a highly regulated environment.

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical leader who thrives on solving complex business challenges, driving operational excellence, and developing talent. In this role, you will lead day-to-day operations, guide and mentor team members, and leverage data-driven insights to improve performance and influence decision-making. You will serve as a functional leader across multiple highly complex business processes, partnering with stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on risk management, controls, and compliance.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a liaison between Information Systems (IS) and divisional stakeholders to maintain, enhance, and integrate systems and data, proactively identifying enterprise technology opportunities.
  • Lead or contribute to large, complex initiatives, partnering across business and technology teams to drive delivery of new systems and capabilities.
  • Support and provide functional leadership for multiple highly complex business processes, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Create, maintain, and refine business process models, data flows, requirements, use cases, prototypes, and test cases to support solution design and delivery.
  • Develop and manage multiple complex project plans simultaneously, ensuring progress, alignment, and timely execution.
  • Conduct and present business systems impact analyses, identifying systematic solutions that deliver meaningful business value.
  • Design and support change management efforts, including communication, process, and training plans to minimize disruption and drive adoption.
  • Apply a strong understanding of enterprise systems and downstream impacts of change, ensuring solutions are scalable and sustainable.
  • Develop and present business cases for new or enhanced systems and data solutions.
  • Promote and help enforce Business Systems Analyst best practices, standards, and methodologies within the team.
  • Mentor and support the development of less experienced analysts, contributing to overall team capability and consistency.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required; equivalent relevant experience considered.
  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing business systems and data solutions using structured analysis methodologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of Business Systems Analyst principles and best practices.
  • Strong ability to analyze business processes, systems, data definitions, and data flows.
  • Proven experience designing process and data improvements to drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise systems and the impacts of system changes.
  • Experience creating or executing project plans across complex initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with appropriate escalation when needed.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting complex concepts to leaders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and lead without direct authority.

What could set you apart:

  • Degree emphasis in Computer Science or Management Information Systems (MIS).
  • Experience mentoring or guiding less experienced analysts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office for system documentation, prototyping, and scenario modeling.
  • Experience with BI and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau or similar platforms).
  • Working knowledge of data warehouse concepts.

Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
