Senior Business Systems Analyst – Commercial Lending - 3602646

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior Business Systems Analyst – Commercial Lending position! This is a 6 month contract and will be onsite in Buffalo, NY. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead a large-scale AFSVision transformation project, serving as functional lead to document and maintain configuration specifications, business requirements, future-state process flows, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts throughout implementation
• Collaborate with lines of business to identify and translate requirements into well-documented functional specifications, ensuring technology applications support internal and external customer needs
• Serve as subject matter expert on commercial servicing applications, advising on how systems may be impacted by enterprise-wide initiatives including acquisitions, regulatory changes, and major business transformations
• Coordinate and facilitate project team meetings across multiple applications and business units, managing timelines, milestones, and ensuring project stays within scope while meeting regulatory requirements
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts in coordination with other testing teams, verifying that changes and enhancements perform as required and managing issue resolution
• Provide estimates for complex project components, including timelines and project phases, while monitoring change requests to ensure adherence to business requirements and Corporate Technology standards
• Participate in data mapping for system integrations, conversions, and acquisition-related projects to understand application impacts and dependencies
• Mentor less experienced staff on application training, research analysis, and project methodology, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing
• Manage post-implementation activities including gathering feedback, resolving issues, and completing project debriefs with actual-to-plan analysis for timelines and financials

What You'll Need to Have:

• 8+ years of combined experience in business analysis, systems development, and/or operational analytics within complex enterprise environments
• Proven experience with commercial servicing operations and platforms such as AFSVision, LoanIQ, or Fiserv - AFSVision experience is highly desired
• Demonstrated success working on large-scale transformation projects such as system migrations, platform implementations, or business transformation initiatives
• Strong background in banking servicing and/or operations, with understanding of the commercial banking business domain
• Expert ability to document business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, test cases, and test scripts with meticulous attention to detail
• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities with ability to serve as functional lead across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage complex data analysis and identify project impacts
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with experience multitasking across various project components and meeting tight deadlines

Pay Range: $50 - $55/hr
