Senior Business Strategy Analyst - 3638444

This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior Business Strategy Analyst position! This is a 12-18 month contract and will be hybrid on site 4 days in Buffalo, NY.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead project documentation efforts for servicing modernization initiatives, ensuring comprehensive documentation aligned with regulatory expectations
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and drive engagement across workstream teams of 10-20+ participants to accomplish strategic goals
• Design and document current state process workflows using Visio or Miro, identifying opportunities for future state optimization and improvement
• Support planning and implementation of new projects, products, and programs to achieve short and long-term business objectives
• Develop comprehensive analyses and executive summaries including workflow analysis, trend reporting, and strategic insights that drive actionable decisions
• Partner with subject matter experts to gather requirements, asking probing questions to extract critical information and translate technical details into clear recommendations
• Focus on statement redesign efforts and internal employee experience improvements as part of broader modernization work
• Apply critical thinking to independently navigate complex problems, analyze feasible solutions, and articulate recommendations to project teams
• Maintain high-quality standards and procedures, ensuring all efforts are appropriately documented and risks are identified for escalation

What You'll Need to Have:

• 2-3+ years of project management or business analysis experience in complex, cross-functional environments
• Strong proficiency with Visio and/or Miro for process mapping, workflow documentation, and visual storytelling
• Proven experience in process design and implementation initiatives from current state analysis through future state execution
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into strategic recommendations and executive-level summaries
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with experience driving discussions among internal stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Strong documentation development capabilities including creating clear, concise materials for varied audiences
• Ability to ask targeted questions that uncover critical information and navigate ambiguity independently
• Banking or financial services experience preferred but not required

Pay Range: $40-45/hr
