This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and delivering workforce solutions to manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, distribution, and production organizations.The ideal candidate is a proven B2B sales professional with experience selling staffing, workforce, HR, logistics, or business services solutions. If you are passionate about building relationships, exceeding sales targets, and helping companies solve workforce challenges, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the light industrial sector.Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.Build relationships with decision-makers including Operations Managers, Plant Managers, HR Leaders, Distribution Managers, and Procurement teams.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and workforce solution consultations.Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful fulfillment and client satisfaction.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurately track activity within CRM systems.Stay informed on local labor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.Drive client retention and identify opportunities for account expansion.QualificationsRequired3+ years of B2B sales experience.Proven track record of generating new business and exceeding sales goals.Experience managing a full sales cycle, from prospecting through closing.Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory.PreferredStaffing industry experience, particularly within light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments.Existing network of business contacts within the local market.Experience selling workforce solutions, HR services, recruiting services, logistics, transportation, or related business services.What We OfferUncapped commission structure401(k) programPaid time off and company holidaysOngoing sales training and professional developmentSupportive and collaborative team environmentIdeal CandidateYou are a hunter who thrives on building new relationships and opening doors.
