Senior Business Development Manager Carrolton, TX
Provide Exec oversight of BD for large comm./ind. painting projects across public & private sectors (office, multifam., healthcare, retail, edu., institutional). Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Construction Management, Finance, or related field. Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in business development and estimating in large-scale commercial painting. Proven track record of securing at least $10M in annual contract value, including at least one project exceeding $5 million in scope. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large projects from bid stage through closeout. Proficient in industry tools such as Microsoft Excel, On-Screen Takeoff, and ProContractor by Viewpoint, and familiar with project tracking platforms such as Procore, PlanGrid, or ProjectSight. OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification. SALARY: $131,082.00/YEAR
