Role Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and help build the next phase of our sales organization. This is a hands-on, revenue-producing role designed for an experienced staffing sales professional who thrives in a hunter environment and wants the opportunity to grow into a leadership role.
Initially, this position will focus on new logo acquisition and revenue generation. Once consistent production and ROI milestones are achieved, the individual will play a key role in building, mentoring, and leading a growing sales team.
This role is ideal for a proven closer who wants more than just a desk and a quota someone who wants to help shape the future of a sales organization.
