This role is responsible for the creation, support, and maintenance of reports and dashboards, as well as the management and optimization of databases. The position focuses on ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across the organization.
You will design and implement data extraction processes, support data warehousing efforts, and partner with business leaders to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance data-driven decision-making through automation and analytics.

POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES
Develop and deliver dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making
Present insights and findings in a clear, actionable format for stakeholders
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting and analytics processes
Support and enforce data governance, data quality, and documentation standards
Design, implement, and maintain data warehouse structures and data pipelines
Write, test, and validate code for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
Translate business requirements into data models and database structures
Manage data migration strategies and data flow across systems
Maintain and troubleshoot databases, data feeds, and system integrations
Support system upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimization
Implement and enforce data security controls and best practices
Perform advanced data analysis, including statistical modeling and quantitative analysis
Identify trends, issues, and opportunities, and recommend actionable solutions
Support multiple analytical initiatives across operational, financial, and marketplace domains
Prepare reports and insights for executive leadership with tight deadlines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders and project managers
Perform additional duties as needed
POSITION SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Must Have
4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or IT
Experience working within a financial institution
Strong knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing
Proficiency in SQL and working with databases such as Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, Aurora, Redshift, or MySQL
Experience building reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
