Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst - Supply Chain (D365):

Rock Hill, SC (Onsite/Hybrid)

$105K - $125K + Bonus + Industry-Leading Benefits

Are you a D365 Supply Chain expert who thrives at the intersection of operations and technology?

We're partnering with a leading organization in the manufacturing space that's investing heavily in modernizing supply chain planning and scheduling across a growing national footprint. This is a high-impact, ownership-driven role where you'll shape how production planning operates across multiple facilities.

What You'll Own:

  • End-to-end production planning & scheduling processes across Dynamics 365 (F&O)

  • Design and optimize supply chain workflows, data models, and reporting

  • Drive adoption of Power Platform solutions (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)

  • Partner with operations, supply chain leaders, and IT to deliver scalable solutions

  • Lead initiatives focused on automation, simplification, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

  • 7+ years as a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant in supply chain or manufacturing

  • Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations / Supply Chain)

  • Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)

  • Proven ownership of planning, scheduling, or production control functions

  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions

Strongly Preferred:

  • Manufacturing experience (steel, industrial, heavy manufacturing, etc.)

  • Experience with production planning, finite scheduling, or capacity planning

  • Exposure to AI-driven planning, forecasting, or automation initiatives

Why This Role Stands Out:

  • True ownership of planning & scheduling capabilities (not just requirements gathering)

  • Direct impact on multi-site manufacturing operations

  • Strong investment in modern ERP, automation, and AI initiatives

  • Backed by a stable, industry-leading organization with top-tier benefits and growth

If you're looking to own real transformation in supply chain planning - not just document it - we should connect.
