This role will partner with Rental leaders in delivering Pricing insight to ensure pricing and pricing strategies align with company objectives. Providing recommendations regarding board rates and price guidance that will be disseminated to field leadership via collaborative events. This will be done through persuasive presentations and easy to understand analytics. Additionally, they are responsible for maintaining training documentation, SOPs, and providing mentorship to Analysts within the group.
The role is intended for finance professionals who demonstrate strong judgment, ownership, and influence. Senior Business Analyst serve as trusted advisors, translating complex financial and operational data into clear insights that drive performance, accountability, and long‑term value creation. This role will provide analytical leadership to the Pricing team in support of the Rental business operation.
