Th Senior Business Analyst will lead team member responsible for driving enterprise-level analytics initiatives and mentoring other analysts. Operates with high autonomy, making data-driven recommendations to leadership, and ensures analytics outputs deliver strategic impact. Delivers advanced insights, proposes innovative solutions, and is recognized as a subject-matter expert across multiple departments.

• Required to have Bachelor's Degree in any quantitative field (analytics, business, math, economics, finance, statistics, science, engineering) or related field. Four years of equivalent work experience is considered in lieu of degree requirements. Preferred to have Master's Degree.• Required minimum of three years of work experience in analysis.• Required experience using Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization software. • Required advanced experience using Microsoft Excel, including modeling, use of advanced formulas, pivot tables, and other advanced features.• Required experience presenting analytics or data-driven projects.• Preferred experience with SQL or other coding languages to enable efficient data analysis, automation, and insight generation.• Preferred experience in a senior or team mentor role.• Preferred experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB).• Preferred experience in a home health or hospice setting. • Oral communication, written communication, fluency in English, active listening.• Demonstrated intermediate technology skills.
