We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in insurance programs and delivery coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project plans, tracking milestones, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful release execution within a regulated insurance environment.

- 8 10+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Strong experience managing project plans, milestones, dependencies, and release schedules.
- Experience with risk, issue, and dependency (RAID) management.
- Ability to coordinate with business, product, engineering, QA, and release teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments.

- Experience with Insurance platforms such as EIS, Guidewire, Duck Creek, or similar systems.
- Experience supporting supplemental or voluntary benefits programs:

- Own and maintain integrated delivery plans, milestones, sprint schedules, and release calendars.
- Coordinate project activities across business, product, engineering, QA, and release management teams.
- Facilitate governance meetings, workstream discussions, and status updates.
- Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and action items.
- Drive mitigation plans and escalate project concerns when necessary.
- Support release planning, readiness reviews, and cutover activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of project objectives and key business outcomes.
- Communicate project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 8 10+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and project coordination skills.
- Experience in the Insurance domain is highly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
