• 8 10+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong experience managing project plans, milestones, dependencies, and release schedules.
• Experience with risk, issue, and dependency (RAID) management.
• Ability to coordinate with business, product, engineering, QA, and release teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments.

• Experience with Insurance platforms such as EIS, Guidewire, Duck Creek, or similar systems.

• Own and maintain integrated delivery plans, milestones, sprint schedules, and release calendars.
• Coordinate project activities across business, product, engineering, QA, and release management teams.
• Facilitate governance meetings, workstream discussions, and status updates.
• Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and action items.
• Drive mitigation plans and escalate project concerns when necessary.
• Support release planning, readiness reviews, and cutover activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of project objectives and key business outcomes.
• Communicate project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8 10+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and project coordination skills.
• Experience in the Insurance domain is highly preferred.
