Sr. BA for ESG Technology | Agile | Data driven delivery

  • Location: Midtown Atlanta
  • Hybrid: 4 days in office
  • Compensation: 125k - 145k + bonus
  • PTO: Unlimited
Hands-on, senior-level BA embedded within an ESG technology function
  • High-velocity settings
  • Own complex non-routine problem-solving end-to-end
  • Bridge business stakeholders with engineering teams.
  • Own discovery and requirements definition for complex ESG data and tech programs
  • Convert stakeholder input into FRs and user stories
  • Partner with ESG business and cross-functional teams to map workflows, data needs, and delivery priorities
  • Collaborate directly with engineers and data teams throughout SDLC
Experience & Skills
  • 8+ years in a technical BA or similar capacity
  • Financial Services domain required. Preferred domain depth: ESG, investments, risk, or compliance.
  • Hands-on SQL
  • BI/analytics tooling
  • Snowflake
  • Proven experience with large-scale, data-driven tech initiatives from discovery through delivery
  • Comfortable operating inside Agile delivery models alongside engineering
