We are seeking an experienced <\/span><\/span>Business Analyst <\/span><\/span><\/b>to join our technical delivery squad. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to understand, translate, and drive business requirements—particularly in areas related to <\/span><\/span>data, reporting, and analytics<\/span><\/span><\/b>. This role requires hands -on experience working in Agile environments and partnering closely with cross -functional teams.

Act as a Business Analyst<\/span><\/span> for one or more technical squads, ensuring smooth execution of Agile ceremonies and delivery milestones.<\/span>

Work with stakeholders to <\/span><\/span>gather, document, and translate business requirements<\/span><\/span><\/b> into clear user stories and functional specifications.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
Perform detailed <\/span><\/span>data analysis<\/span><\/span><\/b>, including validation of data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.<\/span>

Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners and technical leads.<\/b><\/span>

Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams<\/b> to ensure alignment and clarity.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
At lease 4 Years experience in the <\/span>Banking or Financial Services<\/span><\/b> industry
<\/span><\/li>
6 - 8 Years proven background as a <\/span>Business Analyst/System Analyst<\/span><\/b> within technical delivery teams
<\/span><\/li>
Ability to create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data mapping documents
<\/span><\/li>
Strong analytical mindset with hands -on experience validating and analyzing complex datasets
<\/span><\/li>
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem -solving skills
<\/span><\/li>
Familiarity with data, reporting, analytics platforms, and BI tools (any<\/span>
