Job Description:
Join an established market leader in corporate Cash Management services.
Work within the Global Cash Management organization, a global competence center established in Brussels and Paris since 2010.
Contribute to defining the strategy and priorities of Cash Management business worldwide.
Collaborate with the Cash Management Competence Center at Client group level, steering and developing the Corporate Cash Management franchise globally.
Responsibilities:
Define the product vision with key stakeholders.
Mobilize resources to complete the Product/offer vision, including planning, budgeting, people, stakeholders, and governance.
Coordinate the demand to delivery process based on business value management.
Develop Cash Management offerings to support strategic clients.
Key Tasks:
Support the program manager in stakeholder alignment, planning, and production of deliverables such as Roadmap, KPIs, and Financials.
Take ownership of specific initiatives.
Identify business needs and define product vision.
Facilitate governance and align product team with central IT.
Manage risks, quality, and issues.
Execute go-to-market actions.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Design the Target Operating Model for Cash Management operations and servicing, aligned with the product offer and portfolio development.
