Lead budget formulation, execution, and oversight activities while analyzing spend performance and ensuring alignment with mission objectives and compliance requirements.Responsibilities:Lead budget formulation, justification, execution, and review activitiesAnalyze budget variances, spend rates, and fiscal risksPrepare and brief financial reports and recommendations to senior Government leadershipOversee contractor spend tracking, EAC reporting, and financial complianceLead preparation and presentation of CFSRs at PMRs and BMRsSupport budget drills and resource realignment effortsEnsure compliance with IC, DoD, and NRO financial policies and reporting requirementsConduct complex ad-hoc financial analyses to support decision-makingQualifications:Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, orMaster's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, orDoctorate with 8+ years of relevant experience, orEquivalent education and experience supporting IC or DoD environmentsTENICA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
