    Senior Bridge Project Manager Locations: US-CT-Hartford; US-MA-Norwell; US-RI-Providence; US-CT-Rocky Hill; US-MA-Boston; US-MA-Burlington; US-ME-Portland; US-NH-KeeneWhat You'll Do Manage all aspects of bridge replacement and repair project delivery for DOT clients, including scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships, while thoroughly understanding project risks, financial measures, and design-build delivery requirements.Serve as a “seller/doer,” developing work with specific clients and leading marketing plan development for target market areas.Lead and mentor other Project Managers, setting vision and strategy, and supporting professional growth across the team.Prepare proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations, and project closeout documents.Track and oversee multiple projects, ensuring quality control and compliance with company standards, DOT requirements, and design-build best practices.Play a key role in client contract interpretation and relationship management, ensuring all client needs are met.What You Bring Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 10 years progressive engineering experience required; minimum of 8 years of project management experience required.Professional Engineer (PE) license required.Experience with MassDOT, CTDOT, and/or RIDOT required.Strong design-build experience required.Expert knowledge of the respective engineering discipline with a proven ability to apply best practices.Advanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.).Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6, and Deltek Vision preferred.Proven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and oversee project accounting processes.Experience preparing proposals and project documentation as well as interpreting client contracts.Ability to travel as needed.Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred.Why You'll Love It Here Lead impactful bridge and transportation structure projects that enhance safety, resilience, and long-term community connectivity.Influence project strategy and client outcomes while mentoring and developing future engineering leaders.Enjoy a flexible work environment that supports professional growth and leadership development.Curious about the impactful work our Bridge team is doing?
