Overview

We are looking for a versatile and tech-forward part-time Senior Brand Content Lead to join the Marketing team on a contract basis. This is not a traditional writing role. We are seeking a storyteller who views AI as a creative partner and knows how to use it to accelerate content production while maintaining a strong and authentic brand voice.

Working closely with the Art Director and Head of Brand & Experiential Marketing, this role will lead the creation and execution of content across marketing channels, including member communications, advertising and growth campaigns, website and brand content, email/newsletter campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to research, write, edit, and publish impactful content for prospects, partners, brokers, and members while ensuring a consistent and engaging voice across all touchpoints.

The ideal candidate is a creative technologist and content engineer who understands how to design and govern AI-powered content systems. They should have strong expertise in leveraging tools such as Writer.ai, Google Gemini, Claude, and related AI platforms to build scalable content workflows, enforce governance standards, and optimize brand consistency across channels.

Scope of Work

  • Manage and optimize AI writing tools such as Writer.ai, Google Gemini, and Claude to accelerate and scale content production across marketing channels
  • Design and orchestrate AI-powered content systems and workflows, including prompt engineering, model training, and cross-channel content adaptation
  • Write and edit original B2B marketing content including social posts, advertisements, blogs, white papers, thought leadership articles, SEO landing pages, and lifecycle campaigns
  • Develop compelling event and experiential marketing narratives including webinar scripts, keynote talking points, booth messaging, and event copy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product Marketing, Growth, and Communications teams to translate complex concepts into engaging and accessible messaging
  • Review and refine AI-generated content to ensure alignment with brand voice, accuracy, compliance, and quality standards
  • Build feedback systems that leverage content performance data to continuously improve messaging and content effectiveness
  • Present copy concepts to stakeholders and champion clear, member-centric storytelling across all communications

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of copywriting experience within agencies, B2B tech, HR tech, healthcare, or related industries
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred in communications, marketing, creative writing, healthcare, business, public policy, or related fields
  • Demonstrated experience building AI-driven content systems, prompt libraries, automated quality checks, and scalable personalization workflows
  • Strong ability to write across multiple formats, from short-form advertising copy to long-form thought leadership and webinar scripts
  • Excellent editorial judgment with experience balancing storytelling, technical translation, and brand consistency
  • Passion for simplifying complex concepts and delivering clear, engaging messaging
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously

Nice to Have

  • Portfolio featuring thought leadership, growth marketing campaigns, and experiential/event content
  • Familiarity with healthcare, health insurance, or digital health terminology and concepts
  • Experience managing high-volume content operations with governance and compliance processes across channels
