The position may be filled at either the Senior BIM Technician or VDC Specialist level, depending on experience, technical authority, and demonstrated leadershipRole Summary This role supports the owner's long‑term stewardship of building and infrastructure information by ensuring BIM and CAD deliverables received from external architects, engineers, and contractors are accurate, standardized, compliant, and reusable .This is not a design production role.
