A Day in the Life:
The Senior Benefits Analyst plays a critical role in the planning, administration, and governance of the company's benefit programs, with a strong focus on retirement plans and advanced analytical support across Health & Welfare programs. This role serves as a senior level subject matter expert, providing independent execution, vendor oversight, compliance support, and analytical insight in a complex, highly regulated environment.
The position partners closely with Benefits Managers, Legal, Finance, HR Operations, and external vendors to ensure programs are administered accurately, compliantly, and in alignment with company strategy.
