Job Details

We’re looking for a Backend Scala Engineer to help architect and scale a next-gen AI platform. You’ll join a high-caliber engineering team building intelligent systems that integrate data, inference engines, and scalable APIs to power AI workflows.

What You’ll Do:

Design and implement scalable Scala services that handle high-throughput data processing and AI orchestration
Build APIs and microservices to support inference pipelines, data ingest, and model lifecycle events
Collaborate with ML engineers to productize models into production-ready services
Contribute to system architecture, database design, and CI/CD automation

Tech Stack:

Languages: Scala (primary), Python (secondary)
Frameworks/Build Tools: Akka, Play, ZIO, SBT
Infra: AWS, Docker, Kafka, Postgres, GitHub Actions
