End to end ownership of Axway B2Bi platform including installation, configuration, tuning, and upgrades. Troubleshoot production issues across OS, middleware, database, and network layers.

Senior Axway B2B / EDI Engineer
Dearborn, MI - Onsite 4 days per week (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
End to end ownership of Axway B2Bi platform including installation, configuration, tuning, and upgrades
Design, develop, and support B2B partner integrations
Manage multi node, high availability B2Bi environments
Implement monitoring, alerting, and automation to improve uptime
Troubleshoot production issues across OS, middleware, database, and network layers
Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams for compliance
Mandatory Skills
Experience
10+ years of overall IT experience
5+ years of hands on
Axway B2Bi experience (mandatory)
Strong experience in enterprise B2B and EDI environments
Protocols: AS2, SFTP, OFTP2, ALE, Web Services
EDI Standards: X12, EDIFACT, VDA
Scripting: Python, Shell
Databases: SQL Server / Oracle
Operating Systems: Unix/Linux and Windows Server
Middleware: MQ Series or similar technologies
Preferred Skills
Axway B2Bi certification
Experience with AI or automation integrated with B2Bi
Cloud exposure and Agile methodology experience
Strong analytical and communication skills
Education
Bachelors Degree (Required)
Axway B2Bi Certification (Preferred)
