    We are seeking a Senior Automotive Sales Manager with direct OEM experience who can independently lead RFQs through nomination and program award for Half Shaft / Driveline systems.

    This role has full commercial ownership of OEM key accounts, including pricing strategy, RFQ execution, negotiations, and internal cross-functional alignment.

    Candidates with proven program award experience and the ability to make an immediate impact are strongly preferred.

    Experience supporting General Motors, Ford Motor Company, Stellantis, Toyota, or Honda is acceptable.

    Key Responsibilities

    Own and manage assigned OEM key accounts for half shaft / driveline products

    Lead RFQs from receipt through nomination and program award

    Develop pricing strategies, cost breakdowns, and commercial proposals

    Conduct direct negotiations with OEM purchasing organizations

    Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing, and Quality

    Support awarded programs from nomination through SOP

    Maintain and grow awarded business and long-term customer relationships

    Monitor customer forecasts, commercial risks, and change management

    Prepare revenue forecasts, sales plans, and management reports

    [Qualifications]

    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

    5+ years of experience in automotive sales or account management

    Demonstrated experience leading RFQs through nomination and program award (REQUIRED)

    Direct experience working with one or more major OEMs

    Strong understanding of OEM sourcing and purchasing processes

    Experience with pricing, cost analysis, and commercial negotiations

    Ability to work independently and take full ownership of assigned accounts

    Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

    Legal authorization to work in the United States

    Preferred Qualifications

    Direct experience with Half Shafts, CV Joints, or Driveline systems

    GM or Ford OEM experience

    Experience supporting program launches (SOP)

    Tier-1 or Tier-2 automotive supplier background

    SAP or ERP system experience
