What's In It For You?
- Earn $75,000+ annually
- Hourly pay plus uncapped commission
- Commission based on monthly sales and 60% gross profit

- Handle approximately 5 repair orders per day
- Average Repair Order (ARO): $750

What You'll Do
- Greet customers and create an outstanding first impression
- Perform customer intake and vehicle write-ups
- Prepare and present repair estimates
- Recommend maintenance and needed repairs
- Manage repair orders from start to finish
- Communicate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently
- Deliver exceptional customer service every step of the way
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of current or recent automotive Service Advisor experience
- Automotive industry experience is required
- Experience in either a dealership or independent repair shop
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using shop management software
- Ability to resolve customer concerns with professionalism
- Valid driver's license
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen (random testing program)
