Position Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP is seeking a Senior Attorney in patent prosecution to join our Intellectual Property and Technology practice.Responsibilities Draft, file, and prosecute U.S. patent applications.Manage and coordinate international patent application strategies.Prepare patentability, non‑infringement, and invalidity opinions.Provide overall intellectual property counseling.Qualifications Admitted to the bar in the jurisdiction where the candidate is applying and in good standing.Registered and in good standing to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.Undergraduate degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.Experience & Skills At least 5 years of experience practicing patent law, especially in complex software.Proven ability to draft and prosecute patent applications.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong judgment, self‑starter, ability to prioritize workload, and ability to work under pressure.Independent case management and collaborative teamwork.Application Requirements Please apply online.
