The firm's practice focuses on the prosecution of complex employment and consumer class actions, including matters involving wage-and-hour violations, PAGA claims, unfair business practices, discrimination, and false advertising. Job Details

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in California or Illinois, or licensed in another U.S. jurisdiction and eligible for admission in California or Illinois.
8+ years of civil litigation experience.
Strong experience managing all phases of litigation, including:
Written discovery and discovery strategy
Motion practice
Court appearances and oral advocacy
Taking and defending depositions
Case management and client interaction
Experience with employment litigation, wage-and-hour claims, class actions, collective actions, PAGA matters, or other complex litigation is highly preferred.
