What You'll Bring:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in application support, integration, or software development roles • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft and Java • Proficiency in web services and API development using REST/SOAP, XML, XSD, WSDL, and RAML • Strong experience with authentication and security protocols such as OAuth, Mutual TLS, and Basic Auth • Solid background in working with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server • Familiarity with Linux, shell scripting, and MuleSoft connectors (e.g., FTP, SMTP, JDBC) • Practical knowledge of AWS cloud services and architecture • Understanding of identity and access standards like SAML and OAuth • Strong ability to diagnose issues and determine root cause • Excellent analytic, troubleshooting, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment • Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail • Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as New Relic, Sumo Logic, and PagerDuty • Familiarity with industry data standards such as ACORD (a plus) • Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab • Industry experience in Life Insurance, Financial Services, or High-Tech environments • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
