Position Summary
The Senior Associate University Registrar is a member of the leadership team in the Office of the University Registrar (OUR), reporting to the University Registrar. They are primarily responsible for leading the functional and technical operations in OUR, overseeing the implementation of academic policies and processes, evaluating office and institutional practices to identify areas for improvement, providing and ensuring daily operations are carried out smoothly and according to best practices.

Required Qualifications:
Seven years of leadership experience in a registrar's office or campus partner office working with academic information and overseeing operations, including staff supervision.
Proficient in the functional design, use and management of student information systems.
Knowledge of current best practices in the registrar profession.
Experience successfully evaluating, designing, implementing and improving administrative processes in collaboration with campus partners in a decentralized university environment.

Salary Range
$96,000.00 - $169,300.00 / Annually
The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one''s qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
