About the position:
The Provider Success Team works directly with primary care providers and Medical Groups who have opted into the Stellar Health Program. Senior Provider Success Associates focus on driving engagement and performance outcomes with stakeholders. Senior Associates work directly with practice staff and Medical Groups to ensure they are completing critical actions for patients both within the Stellar app and also for other aspects of the Stellar Program. This role requires you to act as a trusted, strategic partner who can leverage data-driven insights to influence behavior change, helping end users prioritize workflows that directly impact patient outcomes.
What you'll do:
• Own the end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of Medical Groups. • You will serve as the primary point of contact for providers, practice staff, and leadership, accountable for driving the adoption and integration of the Stellar Health platform into their daily clinical workflows. • Work with Provider Implementations to ensure a group is effectively onboarded and bought-in to the Stellar Program. • Synthesize data from analytical tools with qualitative feedback to build the case for change for providers and practice staff to drive improvement on specific goals. • Partner closely with account management counterparts to align provider performance with key customer success metrics. • Translate in-depth understanding of provider and practice staff needs into critical insights for product development. • Own and execute strategies for provider engagement and independently solve problems to deliver better outcomes. • Develop internal operational best practices for practice performance management. • Act as a Stellar Ambassador with clients and with other healthcare stakeholders.
What you'll bring:
3+ years in healthcare/healthtech (Account Management, Sales, or Success preferred). Proven ability to influence clinical and executive stakeholders to drive behavior change. Ability to translate complex data into clear, persuasive narratives for multiple audiences, including non-technical audiences. A track record of independently diagnosing and fixing account performance issues. Advanced Excel skills and comfort using data dashboards (Tableau/GSuite) to lead partner meetings. High resilience and a find a way attitude toward operational barriers.

Pay:
The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $120,000+ an annual performance-based bonus. Where a new hire falls within this range will be based on their individual skills and experience, and how these competencies compare across other employees in the same role. Stellar bands are designed to allow for individual compensation growth within the role. As such, new hires typically start at the lower end of the range.
