As a Senior Associate Product Manager within Card Acquisition Product, you will own defined product workstreams that advance the modernization and ongoing delivery of Chase''s Card Shopping experiences. You will translate product strategy into clear requirements, executable user stories, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes in close partnership with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong product discipline, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to operate across Product, Technology, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Risk, and Operations. You will drive customer-facing capabilities from discovery through delivery by managing backlog readiness, clarifying scope, coordinating testing and launch readiness, and monitoring performance after release.
