    Description

L2 Senior Associate, WFCA Influencer and Affiliate Marketing

This position is a hybrid in-office role that works out of our Boston HQ (Monday-Thursday will be working in office and Friday is work from home). This is not a virtual / remote position.

At this time, Wayfair will not sponsor applicants for this position for the following work visas: F1-OPT, STEM OPT EAD, H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, O-1, J-1, or TN.

Wayfair Canada (WFCA) is seeking an experienced marketer to lead and scale our creator and affiliate marketing programs. This role will own WFCA’s influencer strategy—building a scalable program that leverages strong creator partnerships to drive measurable growth and broader brand impact.

This is an ideal opportunity for a relationship-oriented, data-informed marketer who is excited to grow an under-penetrated channel within a highly collaborative, cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of influencer and creator marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate performance insights into action.

    What You'll Do:

    • Own and scale WFCA’s in-house creator and brand ambassador program, with a primary focus on driving revenue and secondary goals of expanding reach, acquiring new customers, and generating high-quality content.

    • Develop a data-informed creator strategy by setting performance targets, evaluating creator and campaign results, and using insights to optimize investment, outreach, and program design.

    • Identify, recruit, negotiate with, onboard, and build strong relationships with high-potential Canadian creators across platforms.

    • Oversee creator campaigns from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with brand messaging, business objectives, timelines, and budgets.

    • Partner with Social, Brand, and other teams to amplify high-performing creator content across paid and organic channels and support broader brand and store initiatives.

    • Manage scaled influencer and affiliate partnerships, including LTK, ShopMy, and Commission Junction, while evaluating opportunities to add incremental partners.

    • Stay current on creator trends and platform developments to inform creative direction, creator strategy, and new program opportunities.

    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, clearly communicating performance trends, learnings, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

    • Work cross-functionally with teams across Wayfair Canada and the broader Marketing organization.

    What You’ll Need:

    • 3+ years of experience in marketing, business, or a related field.

    • Experience managing influencer, creator, affiliate, or other performance-oriented marketing programs.

    • A creative mindset and passion for storytelling, brand building, and creator-led content.

    • Comfort working with performance data and metrics to identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and make recommendations.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external partners.

    • A collaborative, relationship-oriented working style.

    • Strong process orientation and demonstrated ability to learn new tools.

    • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

    • Ability to work through ambiguity and drive continuous improvement in an evolving organization.
