Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Perform financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions.
  • Analyze financial data and identify key trends to help clients assess the impact on the transaction.
  • Synthesize and convert the data into meaningful information that is used to drive discussions with target management and drive observations and conclusions.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial analysis reports, including EBITDA, working capital, financial statement, and debt & capital structure analyses.
  • Lead and manage engagement teams, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.
  • Maintain relationships with key client stakeholders and manage their expectations throughout the transaction process.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve and streamline processes and methodologies.
  • Participate in meetings and conference calls with target company management and with client personnel

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A CPA certification is preferred.
  • Big 4 required KPMG, EY, PwC, or Deloitte.
