Were looking for a sharp, self-starter Senior Associate / Engagement Manager whos ready to roll up their sleeves and lead delivery across a complex, multi-stakeholder project. Youll work closely with technical and strategic leads to execute projects from procurement models to schematic design and cost estimating. You will be helping a branch of the US military to roll out modular construction approaches to its facilities. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, navigate complexity with clarity, and take full ownership of delivering high-quality work to completion. ### Description ::: {controller="rich-text"} ::: {rich-text-target="richTextContainer"} Location: Preferred NY/NJ/DC, Mid-Atlantic regions What Youll Do - Own the delivery of key workstreams across construction cost estimating, integrated master scheduling, design development, and federal procurement documentation - Translate technical documents into structured outputs including estimate tables, schematic design criteria, and client-ready project schedules - Coordinate across internal teams, design/engineering partners, and government stakeholders - Support the development of prefabrication-ready standards, performance frameworks, and repeatable design guides - Participate in workshops and design review sessions to move deliverables from draft to decision - Identify issues early, propose solutions, and keep momentum on track What Were Looking For - Degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline - 3+ years of experience in field construction, pre-construction, or estimating ideally in a general contractor or AEC environment - Strong understanding of design-build workflows and lean construction considerations - Excellent communicator with strong writing and synthesis skills - Industrialized construction experience is a strong plus, but not required - Military experience or experience working with federal clients is a strong plus - Comfortable working independently, owning timelines, and adapting in a fast-changing environment - A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action ::: ::: #### Salary $65,000 - $135,000 per year
