Strong experience in Test automation using Cyara, chatbot and NLU validation, and comprehensive end-to-end testing across mobile, IVR, and cloud contact center platforms. Skilled in coordinating with multilingual teams and clients across North and Latin American regions. Adept at working in Agile environments, leading defect triage discussions, and delivering detailed QA metrics, reports, and root cause analyses to support fast, high-quality software releases.
