You must be in or near the Denver area, and you will be in office 3 days per week.What You Do Each DayDesign and build AI‑enabled workflows and digital solutions from scratchIdentify and diagnose inefficiencies within assigned business functionsImplement scalable process improvements using no‑code/low‑code tools and AIEmbed within cross‑functional teams as a hands‑on solutions builderResearch and test emerging AI tools to solve real business problemsTranslate team‑specific challenges into problem statements solvable with automationDocument findings and present digital prototypes to stakeholdersManage assigned projects to deliver consistent, high‑quality results on timeMeasure and evaluate the impact of the digital solutions you implementProactively bring new capabilities to the business before they are requestedQualifications4+ years of professional experience, or equivalent work experience1–2 years experience using AI or automation tools to increase quality and efficiency of work; prefer 2+ years working with automation tools (i.e., Zapier)Familiarity with one or more generative AI platforms (i.e., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude…)Experience in building automations (i.e., Zapier, n8n, Airtable…)Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve workflows, streamline execution, or enhance outputsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceWhat Will Help You SucceedExceptional breadth of interest shown through tangible, self‑initiated ventures or deep community involvement; you love trying new things and possess a demonstrated history of successfully pivoting or starting over in life and workAdaptability and openness to new challengesStrong sense of initiative and accountabilityComfort with ambiguity and a proactive learning mindsetConfidence in building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholdersHigh‑level presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearlyLocation Dependent InformationThis role is open to candidates, with an expected base salary range of $85,000–$100,000. The specific hourly rate for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non‑discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
