You will maintain the general ledger, balance sheets, and bank reconciliations while overseeing projects and government accounting. Your focus on accuracy will ensure our financial statements and cost revenue reports align perfectly with industry standards.This is a hybrid position that requires three days in the office and two days remote per week.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform accounting for ALCS within the Carrier organizationSupport the month‑end closing and reporting processes to ensure accuracy of financial reportingComplete timely account reconciliations and ensure their quality complies with Carrier standardsProvide accounting support to finance and field operation teamsMaintain accounting standard work documentation of system processes, configurations, and procedures to ensure knowledge continuityParticipate in finance and digital (DT) projects, offering support for system implementations, upgrades, and enhancementsSpecial ad‑hoc projects as assignedRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics3+ years of experience in financial accountingPreferred QualificationsDemonstrated knowledge and application of accounting principles and internal control proceduresStrong Microsoft Excel skillsKnowledge of and experience with percentage of completion accountingStrong communication skills with the ability to present recommendations effectively to managementAttention to detail and timeliness; ability to deliver a quality work product on timeStrong initiative, drive, motivation, curiosityAdaptable / self‑starterExperience with tools that automate processes and support accounting and reporting functionsStrong problem‑solving and analytical skillsAbility to work cross‑functionally to solve business process issuesPay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 and $129,500.00.
