They are responsible for establishing guest services, supporting store operations, maximizing sales and profits, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, merchandising, and inventory in line with company policies.
This role works up to 38 hours weekly, requires at least 18 years old, and involves over 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
